Getting Started
Welcome to the Playtomic Third Party API.
First of all, you need to have your club configured in Playtomic or the organization set up. Once that’s been done, you will have to request to be authorized to use our API by sending an email to partnersapi@playtomic.io.
Once authorized, we will reply with the credentials to generate your security tokens.
Token Policy
Keep in mind that our token expiration policy makes them expire after 1 hour. Be aware that this information should be confidential, and only for your use.
Glossary of Terms
| Term | Description |

| (Deprecated) Keyword used to refer to the clubs. | |
| Venue | New keyword that we use to refer to the tenants, clubs, facilities, etc. |
| Organization | The whole venue chain, that can contain one or more tenants (venues). It has also a unique identifier and a name. |
| Booking | Entity that represents activities that take place in your courts and lock the availability of those courts for a certain amount of time: matches, classes, tournaments... |
| Private match | Match created either by a player or by a manager that isn’t open to every other user; people can only join by invitation. |
| Open match | Match offered through Playtomic app so everyone can join. Shown on the Matches tab from Playtomic Manager. |
| Recurring serie | Series of matches configured to be recurrent (e.g., every Tuesday at 19:00 at one court). |

This API is provided is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove any functionality, fields, or access permissions at our sole discretion. Additionally, we reserve the right to discontinue the API entirely with prior notice of one month.
Users should be aware that any change, edit and update may occur and are encouraged to frequently review the API documentation for updates. Playtomic will notify of any updates in advance via email. The company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such modifications or discontinuation.
