Getting Started
Welcome to the Playtomic Third Party API.
You can generate your credentials in Playtomic Manager, in Settings-> Developer tools. If you manage a chain club, please contact Customer Support.
Glossary of Terms
| Term | Description |
|---|---|
| (Deprecated) Keyword used to refer to the clubs. | |
| Venue | New keyword that we use to refer to the tenants, clubs, facilities, etc. |
| Organization | The whole venue chain, that can contain one or more tenants (venues). It has also a unique identifier and a name. |
| Booking | Entity that represents activities that take place in your courts and lock the availability of those courts for a certain amount of time: matches, classes, tournaments... |
| Private match | Match created either by a player or by a manager that isn’t open to every other user; people can only join by invitation. |
| Open match | Match offered through Playtomic app so everyone can join. Shown on the Matches tab from Playtomic Manager. |
| Recurring serie | Series of matches configured to be recurrent (e.g., every Tuesday at 19:00 at one court). |
